Aiming for a sustainable economy and living in a sustainable society — that’s it: safely co-existing on Earth over a long time— are not EU-exclusive goals. Sustainability is a global goal.
The Sustainable Finance Research Forum is an open platform to discuss approaches and experiences among policymakers, academics and professionals. It aims at strengthening the role of open science and fostering knowledge sharing between the financial sector and the research community.
This new event, held online on March 30, will have a specific focus on low and middle countries and aims to share views and expertise with the financial sector’s community, both in EU and partner countries, including case studies shedding light on partner countries’ specificities.
The Forum will gather a line-up of high-level speakers, among which Kenneth Amaeshi, Nicola Ranger and Antoni Ballabriga, who will discuss open questions related to sustainable finance in the Global South and how science can help.
