The European Conference on Sustainable Cities and Towns brought together global leaders, policymakers, and innovators to discuss and promote sustainable urban development. Held in Aalborg, Denmark, on 1-3 October, the 10th edition focused on key issues such as climate resilience, the circular economy, and social inclusion within local municipalities.
About 500 participants, from 163 cities and 33 countries, shared best practices, explored solutions, and emphasised the importance of cross-sector collaboration in achieving sustainable city and town goals. The conference featured workshops, expert panels, and networking opportunities, allowing attendees to exchange knowledge and inspire action.
Naturance was among the projects digitally featured during the conference as part of the topical stand on biodiversity and nature-based solutions projects displayed by the project’s partner ICLEI Europe.
