A short and illustrative guide through climate change adaptation and Nature-based Solutions by the ADAPT project (IUCN). The booklet aims to present the negative effects of climate change, propose measures and solutions that can be implemented to mitigate and adapt to climate change, and showcase what types of Nature-based Solutions are best to address to support climate change adaptation.
